GLASGOW ANXIETY & DEPRESSION COUNSELLING

Our Services

Welcome to the GADS: Glasgow Anxiety and Depression Counselling Service website and thanks for dropping by. From our experience, many people of all ages and backgrounds worry that their problems, concerns or difficulties are not 'big enough’ or 'serious enough' to warrant help and support.

As far as we are concerned, if you are experiencing problems, concerns or difficulties that affect your life in some way, or you feel that you need to talk to someone about what's going on for you in life, it's important for you to seek the help and support you need and deserve.  Evidence suggests that the sooner you receive support for anxiety or depression, from a professional, the more effectively and successfully you'll be able to start exploring your concerns, find ways to address problems and improve your quality of life. Just click on the service you want more information about below or in the menu above.
